Mrs. Lengue Kpieyete lives in Fada N’Gourma, Burkina Faso. She is a new retail shop owner, in business for only one year. She mainly sells fresh fish stored in a freezer, plus ice, fresh water, juices, and liquid soap that she makes.

Mrs. Kpieyete is married and has two children. She is a member of the Lutheran church and an important contributor to her community.

Lengue seeks a micro loan of $500 to purchase a new freezer. She says, “I intend to pay for another freezer to add more to my sale of ice in warm weather that is coming soon. With another freezer, I can still have more space also for my juices and water to increase my sales. The customers will come that they are sure to always have what they need.”

With anticipated net income of about $65 per week, UB2 believes Mrs. Kpieyete will be able to easily repay a loan of $500 over 9 months, per her request.

Lengue’s sponsor is the Seed of Faith organization in Fada N’Gourma, Burkina Faso. For more information about Seed of Faith and its leadership, please CLICK HERE.
